So how do I please four generations at once?

For the first time in American history, employers face the challenge of providing benefits to a work force spanning four generations: Generation Y (also called Millennials), Generation X, Baby Boomers, and the Veterans.

Employers and benefits brokers are left to wonder how one set of employee benefits can satisfy these diverse groups. A whitepaper just released by Minnesota Life’s group insurance division offers a really nice overview with suggestions to touch each generation. “The new face of the American workforce,”  profiles the four generations and analyzes them in terms of their job-related preferences and benefit preferences.
