What Do Employees Really Want?

According to a 2006 survey of 4,100 employees in 21 countries conducted by Accenture, the top priorities job seekers want challenging work, a pat on the back and to be put on the fast track.    Sixty percent of job seekers are looking for challenging and interesting work while 58 percent are want recognition. Forty-four percent are looking for fast career growth and advancement.
